Keta Salmon Fillets

Wild Keta salmon have a naturally light, orange-pink colour and a lighter flavour with a smooth, creamy texture. Wild-caught in the Yukon River in northern Alaska, they are naturally high in vitamin D, protein and omega-3, and are lean and nutritious from a life swimming free.

Recipe inspiration

We like our Keta cooked simply, so the flavours speak for themselves. Just pan fry with a little salt, pepper and lemon. For extra crispy skin, rub it with a little oil and sea salt.

If you fancy something a little gutsier, add some soy sauce and rice wine vinegar to the pan and serve with a sprinkling of fresh red chilli and coriander.
